Growing up in western New York gave Michelle an appreciation for having hills, green grass and four seasons, her favorite being autumn. She spent her college years in the Rochester area and in 1993 after earning her degree, she moved to Orlando, FL to pursue a career at The Walt Disney Company. Florida has the beautiful ocean and coastal waters but there were no more seasons to enjoy and boy, was it hot and humid! Even so, she still lived in Florida for 24 years before moving to Tennessee.

One of her jobs at the vacation ownership division of Disney required her to have a real estate license to move to the next level, so in March 2001, she obtained her license in the state of Florida. Later in 2002, while transitioning to a part-time role at Disney, she dove into the amazing world of real estate as a full-time residential agent. The area southwest of Orlando known as “Four Corners” had a vast amount of short-term rental homes, and she had the rare privilege to have several clients from Europe, although most of her sales came from referrals and floor time. In 2008, she made the decision to stop being a full-time agent and went back to The Walt Disney Company where she rose in the ranks in the administrative world, while keeping her real estate license current, working on a referral-only basis. After being recruited to support the CEO and CFO of a hospital in 2016, she left Disney, worked at the hospital for a year and decided to make the move to beautiful east Tennessee where she was hired to support the U.S. CEO of an international tool company.

After working there for a year, the opportunity came to work one-on-one with people again, developing long-term relationships, so she obtained her Tennessee license while allowing her Florida license to expire after over 17 years. Her hard work, work ethic and passion for helping veterans led to her being selected by Keller Williams leadership to be a member of the Associate Leadership Council, or ALC. She is an active participant in the KW Military community, as well as a non-profit organization call the Orange Heart Medal Foundation that helps give recognition and a special medal to Vietnam Veterans. She loves east Tennessee and is passionate about helping people, and specializes in working with our veterans, first-time home buyers, finding your next larger home, and those looking to downsize and purchase a smaller home.
